Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RevHunt mobile app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use RevHunt. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and choose a username. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You may not impersonate others or choose a username that is offensive, infringing, or misleading.

3. Acceptable use

To keep the game fair, you agree not to:

• Submit fake, manipulated, or non-genuine scans (for example, photographing a picture or screen of a car);
• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or manipulate scores, rarity, or the leaderboard;
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users;
• Choose offensive, hateful, or infringing usernames;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App or its servers;
• Use the App in violation of any law, or in a way that risks anyone's safety (including while driving).

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you create, including your username and scans. By submitting content you grant RevHunt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the App (for example on leaderboards and the "Near You" feed). We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Users can report and block others.

5. Subscriptions, free trials, and payments

RevHunt offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("RevHunt Premium") with monthly and annual options, and may offer a free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings.
• If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; we may change pricing prospectively.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App.

6. Virtual items

XP, prestige points, badges, rarity scores, and similar in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted, reset (for example at the end of a season), or removed. They are licensed, not sold, to you.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by RevHunt and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. Vehicle names and marques are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Car identification disclaimer

Car identification is automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Rarity scores are for entertainment only. The App is provided for fun and is not a source of authoritative vehicle data.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevHunt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Safety

Never use the App while driving or in any way that distracts you from operating a vehicle or staying aware of your surroundings. Always follow local laws and respect others' privacy and property.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless local law requires otherwise.
